Proline K, represent natural alternate to accelerate fruits ripening and improve its characteristic without residuals.
contain a group of materials, include proline acid, potassium citrate and organic acids which induce the rippening of the fruits.
Proline K don’t only accelerate coloring, and synthesis of anthocyanins and carotene, but also increase the size and weight of fruits, and total dissolved solids in cells’s cytoplasm.
increase the rate of translocation of material produced in leaves to fruits and induce ripening by a group of enzymes.
treatments by Proline K lead to symmetric color, in same time conserve the hardness of fruits and increase brix degree.
